01 · Scope

What we publish

Our current coverage includes football business calculators, publicly evidenced club technology deployments, technology buyer guides and a separate database of football club acquisitions and investors.

We do not present a public directory as a complete view of a club's private systems, contracts or finances. Absence from the database means that we have not documented the relationship—not that the relationship does not exist.

02 · Research

Evidence stays attached to the claim.

Technology relationships require attributable evidence of deployment or planned deployment. A sponsor logo, reseller listing or unsourced database entry is not sufficient on its own.

Confirmed
The club or another directly involved organisation describes the deployment.
Vendor-confirmed
The supplier publishes a sufficiently detailed deployment announcement or case study.
Reported
A reputable publication attributes the relationship, but a primary confirmation is unavailable.
Current / historical / unknown
Freshness is recorded separately from evidence quality. An old announcement is not automatically treated as a current contract.

03 · Tools

Inputs, formula, example and limits.

Every calculator exposes the formula or method behind its result, includes a worked example and identifies important exclusions. Results are estimates, not legal, tax, accounting, valuation or investment advice.

04 · Accountability

Corrections should improve the public record.

Material facts should be traceable to a linked source. When better evidence changes a relationship, value, date or status, the record should be updated rather than silently preserved. A future submission workflow will require an attributable source.

05 · Automation

Automation can assist research; it does not replace verification.

Software may help collect, organise and compare public information. Published claims, classifications and summaries are checked against their cited sources. Machine-readable files expose the same claims visible to readers and do not contain hidden ranking content.
